Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work required.
• Minimum age 25 per state requirements.
• Possess a valid driver's license and meet agency driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of adolescents in TRAIL apartments and coordinate with Therapeutic Case Managers.
• Provide 24/7 on‑call support and crisis intervention.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate support staff; lead staff meetings.
• Maintain compliant documentation, service planning, and quality audits.
