DeKalb County is seeking a Traffic Control Equipment Technician to maintain and repair traffic signals and related equipment at facilities in Decatur, GA. The role involves inspecting devices, testing control cabinets, and performing preventative maintenance to ensure proper operation.

Salary Grade: 16 ($50,325 - $65,675 - $81,024) FLSA: Nonexempt
The purpose of this classification is to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair traffic control devices and equipment.
High school diploma or GED required; three years of experience maintaining and repairing traffic signals; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia Commercial Driver's License, including appropriate endorsements.
