Job summary

Integrity, an AWP Safety Company, is seeking a Flagger / Traffic Safety Technician to support contractors on job sites and roadways. This safety-sensitive role requires directing traffic and coordinating with fellow flaggers to maintain safe conditions.

Responsibilities include setting up signs, barricades, and cones, communicating traffic issues, and ensuring compliance with policies. Certification is provided if needed; benefits and eligibility details apply.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic flagging policies, procedures, rules, and state and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic using hand signals and signs at road construction sites.
• Coordinate with other Flaggers/TSTs via radios to manage two-way traffic in a single lane.
• Inform construction crew of traffic issues affecting safety.
• Position warning and detour signs around sites.
• Set up barricades and traffic cones to cordon off areas.
• Remove signs and cones after construction completion.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
