Qualifications
5–8+ years of professional engineering experience specifically in traffic engineering.
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
Ability to obtain California Professional Civil Engineer license within 6 months.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior members on complex transportation engineering work.
Manage design and review of traffic signal design and related plans.
Lead project tasks, maintain schedule and budget controls.
Review work produced by junior staff for quality assurance.
Supervise project personnel and provide mentorship.
Support marketing activities and maintain client relationships.
