Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of professional engineering experience specifically in traffic engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
• Ability to obtain California Professional Civil Engineer license within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior members on complex transportation engineering work.
• Manage design and review of traffic signal design and related plans.
• Lead project tasks, maintain schedule and budget controls.
• Review work produced by junior staff for quality assurance.
• Supervise project personnel and provide mentorship.
• Support marketing activities and maintain client relationships.
