Metro Associates is seeking an experienced Traffic Project Manager to lead the delivery of roadway and traffic infrastructure projects across New York State. You will guide projects from scoping and preliminary design through final design and construction support, while managing client relationships and financial performance.

• B.S. in Civil Engineering is required; master's preferred.
• 7+ years in traffic/transportation design in a consulting environment.
• PE license preferred or ability to obtain it.
• Experience delivering projects from preliminary through construction.

Responsabilités

Project Manager - Traffic & Transportation Civil Engineering

our client is seeking an experienced Traffic Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to lead the delivery of roadway and traffic infrastructure projects across New York State. This is a client-facing leadership role within our growing transportation design practice, responsible for guiding projects from scoping and preliminary design through final design and construction support.

What You'll Do as a Traffic Project Manager

What You Bring, Your Expertise as a Traffic Project Manager

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Master's preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience in traffic/transportation design within a consulting environment, preferred.
• Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain it
• Experience delivering projects from preliminary design through final design and construction supportl>
• Demonstrated experience managing NYSDOT traffic design projects and federally funded transportation programs.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs and MicroStation (preferred)
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
