Job summary

Woolpert seeks a Traffic Engineer to join our Transportation team. The role focuses on traffic signal design plans, ADA services, and related traffic design tasks across several PA offices, with hybrid in-office time negotiable.

Preferred siting in Harrisburg, Sharpsburg, or King of Prussia; visa sponsorship is not provided. You will sign/seal plans in PA and mentor staff while collaborating across geographies.

Qualifications

• 4 years related experience in traffic engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required.
• PE license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Performs engineering computations and design analyses.
• Prepares reports, recommendations, and opinions for approval.
• Oversees staff in project design and development.
• Applies engineering methods to adjust data and resolve discrepancies.
• Signs and seals plans in Pennsylvania or pursues reciprocity.
