Job summary

Ace Parking Management is seeking a traffic attendant in San Diego to direct drivers, manage traffic flow, and support smooth operations at our facilities. You will greet guests, answer questions, and report issues to keep parking areas efficient and secure.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while delivering outstanding guest service.

  • Direct drivers to open parking spots and manage the flow of traffic.
  • Assist with traffic control.
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression.
  • Assist customers with questions or concerns and handle issues calmly.
  • Report maintenance or security issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by promptly assisting guests with parking needs.
  • Exhibit a friendly and courteous demeanor, going the extra mile for guests.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Compensation Range: $17.75 - $25.00 per hour

About the Position:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage all traffic-related tasks while ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles in and out of our facilities. You will play a key role in optimizing our transportation processes and enhancing the overall efficiency of our operations.
