Job summary

Superior Traffic Control, LLC in Hixson, TN is hiring for a hands-on traffic control associate. The role requires lifting up to 80 lbs, standing and sitting for long periods, night/weekend shifts, travel when needed, and strict adherence to safety procedures around live traffic.

Qualifications

Must be able to lift 80 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time (8+ hours).
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time (8+ hours).
Must arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to work nights and/or weekends as requested.
Must travel out of town infrequently with 48 hours notice.
Must have fine motor skills and hand dexterity (tightening nuts/bolts; using hand tools).
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and random screenings.
Must follow directions from supervisor and adhere to policies.
Interested in improving industry knowledge.
Must exhibit good judgment and safety around live traffic.
