What You’ll Do

• Planning, setting up, and maintaining safe traffic control zones, lane closures, and detours in compliance with state and local regulations.
• Supervising and directing flagging operations and field crews on active roadways.
• Conducting daily safety briefings (tailgate meetings) and enforcing proper PPE and safety protocols.
• Inspecting work zones regularly to ensure compliance with standards, optimal visibility, and overall safety.
• Coordinating effectively with site managers, inspectors, and local authorities to ensure smooth operations.
