Traffic Control Supervisor

Position

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Traffic Control Supervisorto join our team in the Denver metro area. The TCS is responsible for managing and ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of traffic control operations on various construction and utility job sites. This role requires strong leadership, field experience, and a thorough knowledge of CDOT and MUTCD standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily traffic control operations in accordance with state and local regulations
• Read, interpret, and execute traffic control plans (TCPs)
• Set up and remove traffic control devices, signage, and flagging zones
• Conduct site safety inspections and enforce all safety protocols
• Train and mentor traffic control personnel, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, reports, and incident records
• Act as a liaison between field crews, clients, and Vector management
• Manage crew and equipment mobilization/demobilization
• Lead pre-job briefings and ensure job site readiness

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CDOT and MUTCD regulations
