Qualifications

• Safety-minded, can work with minimal supervision.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Employer-paid Flagger Certification available.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic to protect crews, motorists and pedestrians.
• Set up, maintain and remove traffic control devices (signs, cones, barricades, paddles).
• Monitor traffic flow; communicate with teammates for safe operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and be courteous with the public.
• Follow all safety policies at all times; perform other duties as assigned.

Major Responsibilities

• Protect construction crews, motorists, and pedestrians by directing traffic and maintaining safe work zones
• Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices, including signs, cones, barricades, and stop/slow paddles
• Monitor traffic flow and communicate with coworkers to ensure safe operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Perform duties professionally and courteously when interacting with the public
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
