Job summary

AWP Safety, Inc. is seeking a Traffic Control Flagger in Idaho to help create and sustain safe work zones and guide traffic with stop/slow paddles.

This entry-level role requires a reliable, physically capable individual who can work outdoors in varied conditions. As part of a larger traffic management team, you will support utility and infrastructure projects, receive comprehensive on-the-job training, including ATSSA certification, and have opportunities for rapid advancement and benefits

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand 8-12 hours and lift 50–60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining safe work zones using the proper equipment.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure the safety of all.
• Managing traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles.
• Delivering exceptional service and protection to our clients.
