Flagger Force, LLC is seeking entry-level Traffic Control Crew Members (Traffic Flaggers) to help keep communities safe and moving. You will set up and maintain safe construction work zones, control traffic flow, and work as part of a team on job sites, gaining hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.

This role offers weekly pay, in-house training, and opportunities for rapid promotion within 45–60 days, plus travel opportunities across the United States.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license required and reliable vehicle.
• Availability Monday–Friday during daytime hours.
• Physical endurance: stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles, lift up to 50 lbs, outdoors in various conditions.
