Job summary

AWP Safety, Inc is seeking a Protector to join a team at various job sites. No experience or degree required. Training is provided, with safety always as the top priority.

You will set up cones, signs, and barricades, guide traffic with a stop/slow paddle, and follow all safety rules. Daily duties include monitoring traffic, communicating with the crew, and keeping equipment clean in all weather. Shifts may include nights, weekends, or emergencies, with opportunities for progression and earned

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Able to stand, walk, and work outside for long periods
• Able to lift 40–50 pounds
• Willing to work in traffic and changing weather
• Flexible schedule; Show up on time, every shift
• Must pass pre-hire screening, including a drug test (safety sensitive job)
• Stay alert around moving traffic and follow safety rules

We give you a hard hat, safety goggles, a safety vest, safety whistle, walkie talkie, and cold/hot weather gear: you bring your own steel toe safetyboots that go above the ankle.
