Job Description

As a Traffic Control Flagger, your responsibilities include:

• Setting up and maintaining safe work zones with proper equipment.
• Working with team members to ensure everyone's safety.
• Controlling traffic flow using stop/slow paddles.
• Providing excellent service and safety to clients.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic environments.
• Driving experience is preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including drug tests, as this is a safety-sensitive role.

Additional Information

• Competitive Pay: $18.00 to $18.75/hour based on experience, with overtime and a guaranteed pay increase within the first year.
• Rapid Advancement: Opportunities to become a Senior Protector in 4 months, with further growth to Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, or Manager roles.
• Training: Paid on-the-job training, including ATSSA certification and defensive driving, with ongoing professional development.
