Job summary

SpiveyServices in Virginia is seeking a Traffic Control Assistant to support safe traffic flow around construction zones and events. You will set up and remove traffic control devices, direct vehicles and pedestrians, and ensure compliance with safety regulations in various weather conditions.

Ideal candidates are alert and dependable, willing to train, and able to work with crews. We offer weekly pay, paid training, referrals, paid holidays, and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass background check and drugs screen.
• Must have 0 or Plus DMV driving points with a valid Virginia Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have truck driver experience with large trucks (18' to 24' non-CDL).
