Spivey Services in Virginia is seeking a Traffic Control Assistant to support safe traffic flow around construction zones and events. You will set up and remove devices, direct vehicles and pedestrians, and help maintain compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Pass background check and drug screen.
• 0 or plus DMV driving points with a valid Virginia Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Truck driver experience with large trucks (18′ to 24′), Non-CDL.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain safe work zones using the proper equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the safety of all.
• Manage traffic flow effectively.
