Job summary

American National Insulation is hiring a Journeyman insulation installer for Sumner, WA. You will follow best insulation practices, install products per agreements, read blueprints, and ensure materials and tools are ready for daily jobs.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, valid driver’s license if driving for work, and the position is safety-sensitive with local travel. Competitive pay is provided with benefits per company policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for Company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Install products as allowed by associated collective bargaining agreement and/or project labor agreement.
• Understand blueprints and sketches. Measure, shape, and cut materials to specified measurements.
• Insulate, spray, plaster, trowel, seal, cover, wrap, staple, glue and fit insulating/sealant/foam/materials.
• Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all products, tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean work area at all times.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned per the CBAs.
