Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a warehouse coordinator to support inbound and outbound shipments at our Stevens Point facility. You will act as the primary contact for drivers, verify documents, and maintain accurate data in the WMS while coordinating with warehouse and transportation teams.

The role requires basic math, strong communication, and the ability to work in varying storage environments, including cold storage. Flexibility for weekend shifts may be needed.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills; required for inventory and cash handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interaction with customers.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office; data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
• May receive, count and log cash from carriers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to complete shipping/receiving documents on time.
• Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in the system.
• Notify carriers and team members of pending, no-shows, or unscheduled arrivals.
• Enter data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) scheduler.

Pay - $20 an hour to startShift - 7am - 3:30pm ( Monday to Friday )Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.
