Job summary

Lineage Logistics in New Orleans, LA, is seeking a warehouse associate to act as the first point of contact for delivery drivers and to ensure accurate documentation and data entry. You will interact with carriers, coordinate with warehouse teams, and log shipments while maintaining safety protocols.

Responsibilities include counting cash, verifying product data in the system, and entering information into the WMS scheduler.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required at some facilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers; English may be required
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C in cold storage or up to 100°F/37°C in dry storage with PPE
• May be required to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Basic math skills may be required at some facilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers; English may be required
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear, may be required at some facilities
• May be required to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Abilityto work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
