Job summary

Trilon is expanding its engineering services and seeks a motivated Civil Engineer based in Charlotte, NC. As part of the team, you'll perform engineering calculations, collaborate with Project Managers, and support project communications.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and 0-4 years of experience in the A/E/C industry. The position offers excellent benefits including a 401(k) plan, mentorship programs, and competitive health insurance.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of experience in public/private sector projects, ideally in the A/E/C industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Certification in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform various engineering calculations and analyses for projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on projects.
• Support internal/external communication.
• Mentor new Associates.

Skills

Experience with Synchro/SimTraffic and HCS

Proficient with Microsoft Office software

Effective verbal communication skills

Effective writing skills for reports

Education
