The role emphasizes learning rare crafts, collaborating with skilled teammates, and delivering museum-quality pieces for museums, collectors, film productions, and historical sites worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools.
• Upholstery experience or willingness to learn traditional vehicle upholstery techniques.
• Ability to interpret drawings, plans, reference photos, and historical examples.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to hand-fit custom components.
• Passion for craftsmanship, attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Team player who collaborates to create historically accurate, museum-quality vehicles.
