The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in trading connectivity and operations, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include monitoring trade performance, resolving routing issues, and acting as a liaison between clients and vendors. This role demands strong knowledge in FIX protocol and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in trading connectivity and operations.
• 7 to 10 years in trading technology or middle office operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compliance reporting in equity trading.

Responsibilities

• Establish FIX trading connections and manage integration.
• Monitor and ensure proper function of trading infrastructure.
• Resolve issues with unallocated trades and compliance reporting.
