New York Life Insurance Co. in New York, NY, is seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to set up and review security masters in Aladdin, maintain issuer data, and coordinate reconciliations with source systems.

The role collaborates with technology and business teams to implement system enhancements and to support Bloomberg, Market Axess and Tradeweb. A BS in business or finance and up to three years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration or Finance.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Interpersonal, teamwork, and client service mindset.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income, Equity, and Derivatives.
• Familiarity with Aladdin or Bloomberg is a plus.
• Strong technical and system skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and review security masters in Aladdin.
• Maintain issuer-related data, including limits and roll-ups.
• Review daily and monthly reconciliations between Aladdin and source systems.
• Create and coordinate reports within Aladdin (Green Package/Explore/Aladdin View).
• Partner with technology and business teams to implement system enhancements.
• Support multiple systems, including Bloomberg, Market Axess, and Tradeweb.
