Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a contract specialist to support advisors & internal trading teams during a platform conversion in Fort Mill, SC. You’ll assist with model management, rebalancing, trading instructions, and complex data issues, while delivering training via webinars, calls, and office hours.

You will explain workflow differences between Commonwealth and internal systems, research questions, and escalate when needed. The role covers post-conversion stabilization and documentation updates.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting advisors by phone.
• Knowledge of trading platforms and portfolio management workflows.
• Experience with platform conversion, acquisition, or implementation support.
• Data review and reconciliation experience.
• QA/UAT testing and defect tracking experience.

Responsibilities

• Support advisors and internal trading teams during platform conversion.
• Assist with model management, assignments, restrictions, equivalents, portfolio rebalancing, and block trading workflows.
• Deliver training through webinars, demonstrations, office hours, appointments, and inbound calls.
• Explain workflow differences between Commonwealth and internal systems.
• Review conversion data to identify setup issues and missing information.
• Research and document advisor, account, model, and system questions.
• Escalate complex issues to business and technology partners.
• Update FAQs, guides, job aids, and training materials.
• Track issues and ensure resolution through completion.
• Support testing, defect tracking, and post-conversion stabilization efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of investment products and trading methodologies.
• Collaborate with Trading, Technology, Product, Operations, Training, and Conversion teams.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Mill, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 – $38.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
