Fidelity's Active Trader Services team supports some of Fidelity's most active traders by guiding them through market activity, securities transactions, and trading-related questions.

You will build trusted relationships through inbound client interactions, providing education and support that help clients make informed investment decisions. Success requires a strong understanding of financial markets, trading products, and regulations, with an onsite working model as the rollout continues.

Qualifications

• Series 7 license required.
• Series 63 license required.
• Series 4 license preferred.
• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Inbound client interactions to guide traders through market activity and transactions.
• Provide education and support to help clients make informed investment decisions.
• Identify opportunities to connect clients with trading tools, resources, and solutions.
• Maintain accuracy and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
