• Understanding of securities transactions including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals.
• Ability to apply regulatory and policy requirements while delivering accurate and compliant client support.
• Ability to guide clients through trading and investment decisions with integrity and confidence.
• Consultative approach to uncovering client needs and recommending appropriate offerings, support, and solutions.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, including the ability to explain complex investment concepts clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when processing transactions.
• Effective problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
