Job summary
Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Trading Specialist to support investors with trading, investment, and account-related needs.
You will guide clients through market activity and help them understand complex concepts, while delivering personalized service that builds trust and loyalty. You will work within Fidelity's Client Services organization, handling inbound client interactions, processing securities transactions, and identifying opportunities to connect clients with relevant products
Qualifications
- Active Series 7 license required or in progress
- Series 63 license or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, or related field
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment products
- Understanding of securities transactions including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income
- Ability to apply regulatory requirements providing compliant client support
- Consultative approach to uncover client needs and recommend offerings
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Attention to accuracy in processing transactions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
