Job summary

Inspire Investing, a faith-based financial organization, seeks a Trading Specialist to support the portfolio management team. You will enter trades, assist with rebalancing, and maintain investment files and SMA models using Folio, Orion, TD Ameritrade, and Schwab under the guidance of the Director of Trading and Research.

This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to execute trades across multiple platforms in a dynamic investment environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with trade entry and account funding processes.
• Familiarity with portfolio management systems.
• Ability to follow directions from Director of Trading and Research.

Responsibilities

• Enter trades for accounts to raise cash and for new accounts via Folio, Orion, TD Ameritrade or Schwab.
• Enter trades for Quarterly Rebalancing via Folio & Orion as directed by the Director of Trading and Research; review prior day activity for accuracy.
• Update investment management files with Inspire Impact Scores as directed by the Director of Trading and Research.
• Keep SMA models up to date on Folio and Orion as directed by the Director of Trading and Research.

Trading Specialist – Investment Management Department

Inspire’s Trading Specialists are responsible for providing aid and support for various operations within the portfolio management team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Enter trades for accounts to raise cash as needed/requested, as well as enter trades for new accounts or new cash deposits via Folio, Orion or directly with TDAmeritrade or Schwab as directed by the Director of Trading and Research
• Enter trades for Quarterly Rebalancing via Folio & Orion as directed by the Director of Trading and ResearchReview previous day trade activity for accuracy and completeness
• Update investment management files/models with current Inspire Impact Scores as directed by the Director of Trading and Research
• Keep SMA models up to date on portfolio management systems – Folio and Orion as directed by the Director of Trading and Research
