Maven, a leading proprietary trading firm in Chicago, is seeking an Operations team member to enhance efficiency and support business growth. This role involves being the primary operations contact for US trading desks, managing trade data integrity, and collaborating cross-functionally.

The ideal candidate should have a BA in a relevant discipline, 3-5 years of operational experience, and strong knowledge in trading instruments. The position offers an annual salary between $85,000 and $110,000, alongside a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of operational experience in market-making or proprietary trading.
• Experience in high-pressure, high-volume environments.
• Ability to deliver results in time-sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary operations contact for US trading desks.
• Build and optimize operational processes for product base.
• Ensure data integrity across trade, position, and cash management.

Skills

Strong knowledge of equity and listed derivative instruments

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Excellent communication skills

Education
