Landing Point is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer/Deputy CCO in New York, NY, who will support the CCO in overseeing the firm’s compliance program with a clear path to the CCO position in 1–2 years. This role offers exposure to trading-related compliance issues in a lean, collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years of experience in compliance within hedge funds, in addition to a strong knowledge of trading compliance protocols.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of compliance experience within a hedge fund or trading environment.
• Strong knowledge of trading compliance including MNPI, restricted lists, and information barriers.
• Experience supporting active trading desks.

Responsibilities

• Support the CCO in enhancing the firm’s compliance program.
• Monitor trading activity and advise on compliance issues.
• Maintain and administer the restricted list and watch list.
