Orion is seeking a Client Support Specialist - Trading & Cost Basis to assist advisors with trading workflows and data accuracy. You will handle inquiries via calls, chats, and Salesforce cases, and collaborate across Orion platforms to resolve issues and optimize workflows.

Located in Utah with hybrid onsite requirements, you will own complex client scenarios, document findings, and maintain high standards for timeliness and service quality while staying current with trading data concepts, cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 1–3+ years in financial services, trading operations, or client service.
• Experience supporting trading platforms or investment workflows preferred.
• Familiarity with cost basis, tax lots, or transaction-level data desirable.
• Knowledge of securities markets and trading rules preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-to-end support for trading and data inquiries via calls, chats, and Salesforce cases.
• Support advisors using Orion trading tools: TOM, Eclipse, Portfolio View Trading, Orion Custom Indexing, Sleeve Trading, Compare Tool.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to trading data, cost basis, tax lots, and transactions history.
• Explain how data impacts trading outcomes, execution, and reporting.
• Own complex client scenarios from inquiry to resolution with internal coordination.
• Document case outcomes and resolutions per internal controls and service expectations.
• Follow established processes and escalation paths for issues outside ownership.
