Job summary

Force Home Services Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing of Denton, TX is seeking a Tradesman Plumber to perform plumbing tasks with or without supervision, including repairs, drain cleaning, and connections. You will startup new equipment and seek quality and cost improvements while ensuring safe operation.

The role demands a valid plumbing license with endorsements, physical stamina, and a customer‑facing approach.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as a plumbing technician
• Tradesman's license with a drain cleaner endorsement and utilities endorsement
• Tool recognition, brazing, soldering, and welding skills
• Able to operate sewer machines and cameras
• Become knowledgable of our products and services offered (willingness to study and train on and off site)
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform other physical requirements of the position, including working outside, in crawl spaces, and attics

Responsibilities

Force Home Services Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing of Denton, TX is looking to hire a Tradesman Plumber to complete plumbing functions with or without direct supervision, including repairs, drain cleaning, as well as gas, supply, and sewer connections. Additionally, you startup new equipment and ensure proper operation, as well as identify and suggest opportunities for quality and cost improvements.

This skilled plumbing technician position works an average of 40 hours/week with a typical schedule of Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. At times, there is required overtime and weekend work. In addition to a competitive wage, PLUS up to a $10,000 signing bonus, our tradesman plumbers receive fantastic benefits, including medical/dental coverage, 401K, life insurance, vision insurance, vacation accrual from the 1st day, AND performance bonuses.
