Job summary

Jefferson-Lewis-Hamilton-Herkimer-Oneida BOCES is seeking an instructor to train adult students in Trades and Manufacturing programs. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in their designated trade, with programs covering Electrical, HVAC, Construction Trades, Welding, CNC Machining, and Plumbing.

Teaching experience is preferred but not required. The position offers a pay rate of $31 per hour and is open to those with experience at all levels.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in the designated trade(s) area.
• Previous training/teaching experience is preferred but not required.
• Individuals with Trades and Manufacturing experience at all levels are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Train adult students on the safe use of tools and equipment.
• Conduct programs in Electrical, HVAC, Construction Trades, Welding, CNC Machining, and Plumbing.
