Job summary

N1 Discovery in New York is seeking a Trader Relations Lead to drive trader acquisition, engagement, and relationships across the organization's trading ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is crypto-native, an active trader, and deeply connected to CT; in-person NYC is preferred, with remote options considered to attract top contenders. You will work directly with active traders, market makers, institutional partners, and large trading groups to expand adoption.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Trader Relations Lead to drive trader acquisition, engagement, and relationships across N1. You will work directly with active and high-volume traders, market makers, institutional partners, and larger trading groups to grow adoption and strengthen N1’s trading ecosystem. The ideal candidate is crypto-native, active on CT, an experienced trader themselves, and deeply connected to the trading community. NYC/in-person preferred; remote considered.

Requirements:

The base salary range for this full-time position is $100K–$200K. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and typical maximum target for new hire salaries for the position of a candidate based in New York at any level. We do hire exceptionally talented professionals with decades of experience in their field. As such, our range may be higher than what is displayed. Our base salary ranges are determined by experience and location, and we hire at all levels for multiple roles. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills demonstrated during the interviews, working experience, and relevant education or training.
