The role requires seamless collaboration with brands and cross-border teams to manage strategy, prosecution, disputes, and portfolio development for high-profile clients.

Qualifications

• Advising clients on broad trademark matters and strategy.
• Managing and developing sophisticated domestic and international trademark portfolios.
• Experience with trademark prosecution, oppositions, cancellations and disputes.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of trademark matters, from strategy and clearance through to enforcement.
• Manage and develop sophisticated domestic and international trademark portfolios.
• Handle trademark prosecution, oppositions, cancellations and disputes.
• Work closely with leading brands on complex IP and commercial matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions on international projects.
• Advise clients on protecting and enforcing their brands in a rapidly evolving global marketplace.
• Ability to work on a variety of complex transactions for both strategic and institutional clients.
• Ability to manage processes from start to completion, as well as managing a team of associates.
• A high level of professionalism in working and engaging with demanding clients at both a national and international level.

What Does the Role Require?
