Qualifications

• 2–5 years of trademark experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trademark searches and analyze results.
• Develop and execute global trademark strategies.
• Manage domestic and international trademark prosecution.
• Engage in trademark enforcement and online monitoring.
• Handle TTAB proceedings and negotiate resolutions.
• Manage UDRP proceedings and domain name disputes.
