Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 10+ years of experience in trademark law focusing on U.S. and international clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.
• Demonstrated skill in conducting and interpreting trademark searches.
• Strong legal writing, research, and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international trademark portfolios, including strategic counseling and maintenance.
• Conduct and analyze U.S. and global trademark clearance searches.
• Draft and respond to office actions, oppositions, and cancellations before the USPTO and TTAB.
• Develop and execute brand enforcement strategies.
• Coordinate with foreign counsel on international trademark filings and disputes.
• Advise on trademark use in advertising, social media, and branding campaigns.
• Provide IP support in transactions, including licensing and due diligence reviews.
• Assist in federal court trademark matters, including pleadings and discovery.
• Maintain high standards of communication and responsiveness in client interactions.
