Ideal candidates will have 4–7 years of experience, strong drafting and communication skills, and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Texas bar admission or waiver is required. Compensation ranges from $240,000 to $370,000 DOE.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of trademark and advertising law experience.
• JD from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Texas Bar admission required or ability to waive in.
• Experience with clearance, prosecution, and enforcement of trademarks.

Responsibilities
