Job summary

Mission Staffing is sourcing a Trade Support Specialist for a leading global macro hedge fund in NYC. The role blends product control and operations, focusing on accurate trade capture, lifecycle management, and T0 P&L estimates for PMs across asset classes.

The candidate will support trade capture, static data, T+0 affirmation, break resolution, and T0 estimates, serving as a liaison among traders, PMs, and COO, Middle Office, Fund Control, Risk, and Quant. Hybrid in NYC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Trade Assistant or Trade Support role.
• Solid understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle and how cash and market value feed into P&L.
• Exposure to Fixed Income, FX, Credit, Rates, Equities, and ETDs strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with VBA, SQL, or Python a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trade capture across multiple asset classes and trade lifecycle management.
• Static data management and T+0 affirmation.
• Break resolution and T0 estimate preparation and distribution to Portfolio Managers.
• Acts as liaison between execution traders, portfolio managers, and COO, Middle Office, Fund Control, Risk, and Quant.

Trade Support Specialist at a Leading Global Macro Hedge Fund in NYC

A $25B+ leading global macro hedge fund based in NYC is looking to add a Trade Support Specialist to their Operations team. This is a hybrid Product Control and Operations role focused on accurate trade capture, lifecycle management, T0 P&L estimates, and direct operational support to Portfolio Managers across a broad range of asset classes and trading strategies.

— 3+ years of experience in a Trade Assistant or Trade Support role required
