Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Specialist, Social Media & Graphic Design to grow Carnival's trade social media presence and serve as a creative resource for the Trade Marketing team.

You will own content calendars, engage with travel advisors, manage paid campaigns, and produce a wide range of marketing assets while upholding Carnival's brand standards. This in-office role is based in South Florida, with hybrid expectations and a strong emphasis on collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, Digital Media, Web Development, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, community management, graphic design, digital marketing, or related marketing role.
• Experience developing and executing social media content strategies, editorial calendar management, audience engagement, and community growth across platforms.
• Experience managing paid social media campaigns with targeting, optimization, analytics, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the trade social media content calendar from planning through execution across Carnival trade channels.
• Manage day-to-day engagement across Trade Facebook Page, Travel Advisor Group, and other communities.
• Develop, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns; analyze performance and report insights.
• Concept, design, and produce marketing assets across social, digital, and print channels; ensure alignment with brand standards.
