Qualifications

• Prior experience in tradeshow production and/or exhibits preferred.
• Previous forklift experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Carpentry experience is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude is required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Help organize the warehouse as instructed by Operations Manager.
• Handle items such as furniture, aluminum frames, graphics, TV screens, cords, and cables.
• Receiving or preparing to ship occasional FedEx/UPS packages.
• Support other warehouse personnel when called to setup/stage projects.
• Prepare exhibit properties and materials for trade shows per project lists.
• Receive exhibit properties back from shows; inspect for damages and restock.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
