Job summary

Great Day Improvements is hiring a Field Marketer to represent Patio Enclosures and other home improvement brands at trade shows, fairs, and conferences. You will engage with prospective customers, promote our products, and generate leads while traveling to event locations.

This role offers an hourly base pay of $22 with commission, flexible part-time hours, paid training, and growth opportunities within a national multi-brand home remodeling business.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales or marketing preferred but not required.
• Experience in tradeshow marketing or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Experience in inside or outside sales is helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Represent Patio Enclosures or one of Great Day’s brands at local events.
• Engage in face-to-face conversations to promote products and services.
• Transport and set up/tear down exhibits per guidelines.
• Schedule free inspections and estimates with leads from events.
• Capture interest and generate leads through enthusiastic communication.
• Travel to event locations and participate in door-to-door marketing as needed.
• Manage flexible work hours, including daytime, evenings, and weekends.
