The role involves handling complex investigations, litigating before federal courts, and providing legal counsel on trade compliance. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Experience in building administrative records and developing legal arguments.
• Bar admission in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex investigations and reviews before agencies.
• Litigate before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
• Counsel clients on policy matters before the Executive Branch and Congress.
• Provide legal counsel on trade compliance and management.
