Job summary

Lactalis USA in Minnesota seeks a Trade Management Analyst to support food service trade spend, pricing, and deduction resolution. Join a team focused on accuracy, contract compliance, and timely collections across retailers, distributors, and operator accounts.

Hybrid role based in Minneapolis with collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in AR/trade management, strong Excel skills, and experience with trade systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years accounts receivable, trade management and/or collection experience.
• Experience with contract compliance is required.
• Experience supporting food service channels is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process trade claims, deductions, and accounts receivable issues for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Pricing, and Supply Chain to ensure pricing accuracy.
• Validate transactions align with internal policies and accounting rules.
• Investigate invoice, pricing, and deduction issues with cross-functional teams.
• Manage third-party deduction systems to ensure timely clearance.
• Process payables weekly against trade deals and remit to customers.
• Support contract and program compliance for food service operators.
