Job summary

Focus Partners is seeking a Trade Execution Manager in the United States to support day-to-day trade execution and operations. You will review orders, transmit trades to custodians, and resolve trade errors while monitoring action items for the team.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office per week and up to 2 remote days. Base pay ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 annually plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in financial services required.
• Experience working with RIAs and Independent Financial Advisors a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Applications
• Orion Eclipse Software and Envestnet experience preferred.
• Fidelity and/or Schwab platform experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to take ownership and provide the best customer service in the industry
• Energetic self-starter with an extremely positive, can-do attitude
• Strong organization skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Must work well in a team environment, supporting others and filling in as necessary
• Must be able to prioritize and switch tasks as needed

Job Description Summary

The Trade Execution Manager is responsible for supporting the firm’s day-to-day trade execution and operations. The role focuses on reviewing trade orders and transmitting them to custodians accurately and efficiently, as well as reviewing, documenting, and resolving trade errors. In addition, the Trade Execution Manager monitors and maintains Trade Operations action items for the team, helping ensure that trading activities and outstanding issues are handled accurately and efficiently.

Focus provides team members the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule. Our hybrid model is defined as 3 days in office work required per week, while giving team members the option to work remotely 2 days per week, or as assigned by their team leader.

The Trade Execution Manager is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $75,000 - $85,000/year. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
