Wellington Management in Boston is seeking a Trade Coordinator to support Fixed Income and FX trading across the Americas. Based in Boston, you will help allocate, confirm and fund FI & FX trades and assist traders with order handling and market needs.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree and familiarity with fixed income markets; knowledge of derivatives and platforms such as CTM/MTM/Tradeserv/GTSS is highly desirable.

Global Trading is seeking to hire a Fixed Income Trade Coordinator located in Boston to provide support for our Fixed Income & FX Trading efforts. The Trade Coordinator will be focused on Fixed Income trading for the Americas, spanning multiple sectors including rates, credit, emerging markets, mortgages, structured products, derivatives and foreign exchange.
The primary responsibilities of a Trade Coordinator are:
The successful candidate is likely to have a bachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience, including a solid understanding of fixed income markets and familiarity with trading processes and protocols.
They should be organized, diligent, and outgoing, capable of handling the pressures of a fast-paced trading environment with tight deadlines. The candidate must be self-motivated, have strong interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working in a team setting.
While not mandatory, proficiency in technical skills such as Python, SQL, Bloomberg, Excel, and Tableau, along with experience working on a trading desk, is highly desirable, as is the knowledge of derivatives products and experience with trade matching platforms (CTM, MTM, Tradeserv, and GTSS).

The base salary range for this position is:
USD 80,000 - 150,000
This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
Base salaryis only one component of Wellington’s total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
