Wellington Management Company in Boston is seeking a driven Equity Trading Co-op to support the Equity Trading Desk in confirming transactions, resolving discrepancies, and relaying broker activity. Responsibilities

  • Ensure all domestic transactions are fully confirmed and affirmed by brokers each day.
  • Reply to trading-related inquiries and assist with research and resolution of trading discrepancies.
  • Relay broker’s trading activity calls and notifications to traders.
  • Obtain stock borrows from multiple securities lending desks for short-sell orders.
  • Oversee client directed commission programs & broker network maintenance.
  • Produce and analyze daily reports to ensure best trading practices.
  • Perform daily and monthly Research Commission reconciliation and analysis tasks.
  • Assist the Manager of Trade Coordination as needed.
