Job summary

You will collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain to analyze impacts, track deliverables, and help implement compliance requirements in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for Analyst/Specialist level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects and work effectively across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external projects across cross-functional teams.
• Gather and analyze information from Purchasing, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing to support decision-making.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations related to trade compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, document actions, track timelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
• Develop project documentation, process maps, training materials, and SOPs.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate project status, risks, trends, and KPIs.
