Job summary

OSI Optoelectronics is offering a summer internship for a college student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, International Business, Political Science, Supply Chain Management or related field. The role supports the Trade Compliance team with analytical and administrative tasks to ensure compliance with import/export controls, customs laws and sanctions.

The intern will assist in developing and maintaining Trade Compliance policies and procedures, while upholding the company values

Qualifications

• Enrolled in college during the 2026 academic year and in good standing.
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, International Business, Political Science, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills; able to work independently and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and administrative support for the Trade Compliance Program and help ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Trade Compliance policies and procedures.
